What IS covered by our Warranty?

 

If the ring you receive is not the perfect fit, OR if it gets damaged or worn-out, Unii will provide you with

1 FREE REPLACEMENT RING ANYTIME.

WRONG FIT?

If the ring purchased does not fit correctly, Unii will assist you in finding and confirming the perfect fit, and will ship 1 replacement ring for you, free of charge. 

Request must be done within 14 days of purchase.

 

DAMAGED RING?

• Quality related issues within 14 days of purchase (replacement or full refund).

• Damaged or worn-out products (1 free replacement anytime).

What IS NOT covered by our Warranty?

 

 

• Lost or stolen rings.

• Quality related issues after 14 days of purchase.

• Request of another colour or size after 14 days of purchase.

• Request of another colour or size if the delivery address provided to the seller was incorrect or incomplete.

• Request of another size following recent weight loss.

• Request of another ring, if a free replacement has already been agreed on and shipped.

• Purchases made through unauthorised retailers. Other retailers after-sales support policies will vary. Please, contact the retailer directly for specific guidance on their warranty process.
